Participation at the EMV
Shortly before the event, additional steps are required for your participation: binding online registration, clarification of substitutions in case of non-participation, and the specification of co-presenters.
Online registration
A binding online registration for speakers is required for your participation. This is free of charge and the registration link will be sent to you by e-mail, probably in mid-December. Once you have registered, you will receive confirmation by e-mail including an admission ticket to the event. As part of your registration, you can also register for other workshops at a reduced rate and for the evening events free of charge.
Please note that online registration for your own workshop must be completed by 5.2.2025.
In case of non-participation
You are expected to give your presentation in person. If you are unable to hold your workshop in person, we urge you to name a competent colleague as a substitute.
Co-speakers
Please ensure that we have the contact details of your co-speakers as stated in the abstract. They can also participate in further workshops at a reduced price and will be informed by us about the registration.
