Mooser the EMC lab for global automotive applications, railways, industry, armed forces and all areas of electrical engineering wherever electromagnetic compatibility is significant. We qualify your products for the European, American and Asian markets.
On an area of 3000 m² all in all, State-of-the-art absorber lined and shielding chambers including Reverberation Chamber, test sites and simulation systems for EMC tests, EMC procedures, EMC development and Interference Suppression are available.
A newly designed test center for hybrid, electric and fuel cell drives and electrical tests on high voltage systems (100kW, 1.000V, ±300A) is available. Over 60 engineers and physicists work for the best results! We are distinguished by decades of experience and lots of know-how. Leading-edge technology, e. g. FFT measurement technology in the frequency range from 20 Hz to 8 GHz, and the close cooperation of our two locations Egling near Munich and Ludwigsburg near Stuttgart ensure prompt and flexible order processing.
To guarantee the best quality, our two EMC laboratories have the accreditation ISO 17025 and we are designated by the Federal Motor Transport Authority (KBA) as Technical Service.
- ISO 17025: General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration labs
- Recognition of Fiat Chrysler, Ford, GM, Harley-Davidson, Jaguar Land Rover
- KBA (Federal Motor Transport Authority): Type examinations according to the EU vehicles directive 72/245/EWG and ECE-R10. Appointed as Technical Service by the KBA.
Active cooperation in all national and international standard committees (EMC) gives us numerous advantages – also and, in particular, for our customers: Firstly, for automobile manufacturers, but primarily for the supplier industry. In addition to small and medium-sized firms, these are largely major suppliers who benefit from our performance potential to expand their own capacities during bottleneck periods.
Our aims are to provide optimum support for customers and relieving their workload through highly qualified, experienced engineers, through sound expertise and the fastest possible reaction and delivery times – true to the principle that only satisfied customers become regular customers.
Our range of tasks extends from studies and specifications to advance consulting and developing EMC with customers, as well as product qualifications. We meet all globally applicable EMC requirements with the most up-to-date measuring technology. The equipment is aimed at the most demanding conditions and stipulations in the automotive industry and military technology requirements. We have 60 engineers and physicists available for EMC tests, qualifications and development. All measuring stations are fully equipped. Test runs are not restricted by a lack of resource planning. The most up-to-date measuring technology guarantees an optimum price/performance ratio. We can already offer the latest FFT measuring technology in frequency analysis.
We are able to check all common regulations and standards. Our core competence includes:
