How can I present my products/services at the digital EMV?
You can present your products/services in your company profile using images, videos, documents, and texts.
The Premium package offers you the option of extensively advertising up to three products in the product search with images and videos and linking them to your company profile. When booking the Exclusive package, you can advertise up to five products on the product search. In this way, you can also reach participants who are looking for a specific product or service and also achieve twice the attention. Additionally, you can also use the round table individually and draw attention to your services here.
What can I expect from a round table?
In a slot of up to one hour, you can present your portfolio or product innovations in the livestream or hold topic-related discussions. The slot can be used individually, so use this opportunity to position yourself as an expert with content.
You are welcome to use the EMV backgrounds for your round table.
As an exhibitor, how do I find the right contacts during the event?
The digital EMV offers various options for initiating contacts. The matchmaking function of the digital EMV simplifies the search for potential contacts for your employees. In the "Best Matches" category, your employees will find suggestions for potential customers that match your interests and requirements the most.
In addition, the "Participants" category shows an overall list of all digital EMV participants. We recommend that you actively sift through these and contact interesting participants via chat or video call.
In particular, we recommend that you use the networking times from 12 to 3 pm to get in touch with attendees. During this time window, the workshops will be paused and participants will be made aware of these networking times via the general event program, among other things. Individual appointments can also be made at any time.
In addition, take advantage of our speed dating on Tuesday, 23 March 2021, or Thursday, 25 March 2021, from 5:15 - 5:45 pm each day. Up to five other EMC professionals join the video conference, who are thrown together on the basis of a query of interest. You can talk about the EMC topic you have chosen, but this is not a must. The highlight: You don't know in advance who you will be talking to. Interested? You can register for speed dating here.
After the digital EMV, your employees will receive a lead list with all your newly acquired contacts.
What can I do to best prepare my employees for the digital EMV?
We recommend that your employees actively contact participants during the digital EMV. One way to do this is to use the "Best Match" function: Based on an interest query, an algorithm suggests contacts that may be of interest to you. In addition, we advise your sales team to actively sift through the attendee lists for potential customers and find out about the attendees in advance. We advise you to cross-check your own customer database before contacting them, so you can target attendees as individually as possible. We recommend not to send general mass chat messages, as the success rate of such contact is low.
We also recommend that your employees use the networking times from 12 to 3 pm to get in touch with participants. During this time window, the workshops are paused and participants are made aware of these networking times via the general event program, among other things. Individual appointments can also be made at any time.
When can appointments be made in the digital platform?
Approximately one week before the digital EMV, appointments can be made in the EMV platform via the chat tool. However, we recommend that you actively use the networking times from 12 to 3 pm each day. During this time window, the workshops will be paused and participants will be made aware of these networking times via the general event program, among other things. Individual appointments can also be made at any time.
