Submission conditions
Structure and content
By submitting your abstract you commit yourself to give your presentation at the EMV 2023 in Stuttgart from 28 – 30 March 2023 according to the announcement in the workshop program.
The workshops serve as training courses to a special EMC topic area. Therefore they should be designed with a strong focus on applicability and supported by case studies, practical experience or experiments. The workshops are characterised by a high degree of interaction between the speaker and the participants. Product presentations and advertising presentations are not permitted.
A period of three hours and 15 minutes (incl. a 30 minutes break) is available for each workshop.
Please use the abstract submission template to ensure a uniform form for all abstracts.
Languages
The abstract, lecture slides, the workshop documentation and lecture must be written uniformly in either German or English.
Documents required
Please submit the following documents:
- Title of the workshop
- Assignment to a main topic
- Short biography of the speaker and the co-speakers (each max. 600 characters incl. spaces)
- Brief description for the program (max. 1,700 characters incl. spaces)
- Goal of the workshop (max. 500 characters incl. spaces)
- Definition of the target group (max. 500 characters including spaces)
- Requirements for workshop participants (max. 500 characters incl. spaces)
- Boundary conditions (supplementary practical exercises; max. 500 characters incl. spaces)
- Simple outline and description of the content of your workshop as a PDF file (abstract template)
- List of all participating co-speakers with complete details analogous to the abstract template
Furthermore, you hereby agree to prepare your workshop documentation in electronic form and provide it to Mesago in due time for the production of the conference documentation. Should you fail to submit your documentation on time, we reserve the right to exclude your presentation from the workshop program.
