Parallel to the trade fair, the EMV conference and workshops offer a diverse range of programs. With lectures on EMC basics and the latest trends and developments in the industry, the EMV in Cologne is an optimal platform for further training.

In the first-class German or English conference lectures, you can gain a comprehensive market overview as well as specialized knowledge. In addition to research results, current industry topics are on the agenda. In the three-hour workshops, held in German or English, participants can acquire compact basic knowledge as well as user- and practice-oriented content. The experts from industry and science provide space for technical discussions and are available to answer participants' questions.

One event, many presentation opportunities

Would you like to give a lecture at the EMV 2026? There are many ways to participate: Depending on the scope, thematic structure and target group, apply for a conference contribution (with/without full paper), for a poster presentation or one of the workshops.

Product and commercial presentations are not permitted in any case.

By submitting your abstract you commit yourself to holding your presentation at the EMV in Cologne within 24 – 26 March 2026 as outlined in the program.

Selection process

All submitted abstracts will be presented to the committee. Selection criteria are the timely and complete receipt of your documents, the information value of the abstract, the content and preparation, as well as the topicality and relevance with regard to the topics.
