- Request the exhibitor documents by telephone or by e-mail via emv@mesago.com.
- Please fill out the registration form completely and send it to us - you are welcome to tell us your requests regarding the stand position etc.
- You will receive a confirmation of receipt and subsequently an individual stand offer.

Participation options
We support you in your participation at EMV to make it as comfortable as you want and tailored to your needs. From stand space only, to rental stands, to a joint stand for newcomers - we will find the right solution for you.
Individual stand space
Do you already have a stand concept or do you want to take care of the design, planning, assembly and dismantling yourself? Then you only pay the participation costs per square meter for the pure stand area (from 12 square meters). This gives you maximum flexibility in your participation.

Rental stand
Exhibitors without their own stand can make use of a rental stand. This can be booked in the Shop for Exhibitor Services after registering for the trade fair and allocating the stand space.
Booking form and details will be available from fall 2024.
Joint stand Newcomer Pavilion
Companies exhibiting at EMV for the first time have the opportunity to present themselves within the Newcomer Pavilion (joint stand) at an attractive all-inclusive price. This is a 9m² unit on a shared space including stand construction, which allows for uncomplicated and cost-conscious participation. Limited availability. The condition for participation in the EMV Newcomer Pavilion is that the company has not yet exhibited with its own stand space at the EMV exhibition.
The following services are included in the package Newcomer Pavilion:
- 9m² stand unit at the Newcomer Pavilion
- carpet & walls
- counter with storage and barstool
- Fascia lettering with company name
- Lighting
- Waste paper basket
- Electrical power supply 1 – 3 kW incl. power consumption
- 1 triple outlet
- booth cleaning
- 2 exhibitor passes free of charge incl. tickets for Get Together
- Mention and highlight of the company in marketing activities ( e.g. mailings, social media, press,…)
The above stand equipment is mandatory. Additional services can be ordered subsequently at your own expense.

Sales & Marketing Services (SMS) Package
By registering for the event, each exhibitor makes a binding commitment to book one of the Sales & Marketing Service (SMS) packages. EMV thus offers you comprehensive measures for your trade fair appearance to ensure the best possible visibility before, during and after the trade fair. The SMS packages replace the obligatory marketing fee and offer you additional services such as Lead & Track by Leadsuccess.

FAQ Registration Process
When can we register as exhibitors for EMV?
Registration is possible from mid-April 2024.
What is the deadline to register as exhibitor for EMV?
There is no registration deadline. However, EMV has a high rebooking rate, which is why we recommend early registration to best accommodate your placement requests. Please note the deadlines for early bird rates.
When does hall planning and stand space allocation begin?
Hall planning begins in mid-July/August. Once we have reviewed placement options, we will contact you with a booth proposal. Please note that hall planning involves coordination processes and may therefore lead to waiting times.
When will we receive the stand confirmation?
You will receive the stand confirmation after acceptance of the offer. The contractual relationship then begins.
When will we receive the invoice for our stand space and when is it due?
The stand rental fee is payable in two half installments. The first installment (down payment request) will be invoiced to you with the stand confirmation and is due immediately. The second installment (final invoice) will be invoiced no earlier than three months before the event and is also due immediately.
