EMC Chambers
Siepel, as a company with the overall expertise to design, manufacture, install, measure and maintain EMC anechoic chambers, offers pre-determined models compliant with the international standards:
- ANSI C63.4 CISPR 16-1-4: Radio disturbance characteristics (CISPR 13, CISPR 14, CISPR 15, CISPR 22, CISPR 32)
- IEC / EN 61000-4-3 Testing and measurement techniques - Radiated, radio-frequency, electromagnetic field immunity test.
- CISPR 25: Vehicles, boats and internal combustion engines - Radio disturbance characteristics for the protection of on-board receivers.
- ISO11452-x: Road vehicles - Component test methods for electrical disturbances.
- RTCA DO160-xx: Environmental conditions and test procedure for Airborne equipment’s.
- MIL STD 461-x: Defence Standard - Requirements for the control of electromagnetic interference characteristics of subsystems and equipment
Based on following standard models, any chambers can be customized by our in-house technical department to match building or project constraints:
For vehicle components and sybsystems measures at 1m -> Chronos 1F
For aeronautic, spacecraft and defence devices measures at 1m -> Ares 1P or 1F
For industrial, residential and commercial products pre-compliant measurements
-> Hera 1F for measures at 1m (semi-anechoic chambers)
-> Hera 3P or 3F for measures at 3m (semi-anechoic chambers)
For industrial, residential and commercial products full-compliant measurements
-> Hestia 3F and Hermes 3 for measures at 3m (semi-anechoic chambers)
-> Hermes 5 or 10 for measures at 5m or 10m (semi-anechoic chambers)
-> Athena 3 for 3m measures according to CISPR32 & ANSI C 63-10 for wireless devices (full anechoic chambers)
The shielding and its pyramidal absorbers are manufactured by Siepel.
Our strength: The design of the structure is optimised for maximum performances, in minimum space which implies cost-saving.
