Assembly and dismantling times
The assembly and dismantling of your stand at the EMV is possible at the following times:
Assembly

| Monday, 24.3.2025 | 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. |
Dismantling
| Thursday, 27.3.2025 | 4 – 10 p.m. |
| Friday, 28.3.2025 | 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. |
Setup and Dismantling Logistics & Access Regulations
If you wish to drive a vehicle into the loading area of the exhibition grounds during setup or dismantling, you will need to book a time slot in advance.
