Non-authorized exhibitor and visitor directories

Dear Exhibitors,

you might be increasingly contacted by other companies advertising their products and services using the name of the event and the name of Mesago Messe Frankfurt GmbH without authorization. These offers falsely create the impression of co-operation with and/or authorization by Mesago Messe Frankfurt GmbH, although no such arrangements actually exist. The data contained in these offers may have been copied from generally accessible sources (e.g. online print exhibitor list, catalogues, etc.).

Currently some exhibitors receive offers for alleged visitor address directories including company name and full personal contact details. Please ignore and classify those emails and offers as spam.

The following providers or e-mail senders are known to us so far:

  • Event-Trade
  • Exhibitionsscalesdatas
  • Expoclientdatas.com
  • Global Info B2B Data
  • Tradeeventslist.com
  • Trade Techno Hub
  • Tredset

As an exhibition organizer we allow you access to the data of visitors using your company’s invitation code for their ticket registration. Beyond these, no more data can be shared in accordance with the data protection regulations.

Additionally there are offers to buy entries in various exhibitor directories.

We would like to point out that Mesago Messe Frankfurt GmbH is not connected to

  • Automation.bz
  • Construct Data Verlag AG
  • data-trinity.com
  • EXPO GUIDE
  • FAIRGUIDE.COM
  • Fortune Business Intelligence Group
  • Global Info B2B Data
  • International Fairs Directory
  • Ocean Hub Data
  • Optima Global Solution

and distances itself explicitly from companies with such business conducts or similar to this.

The exclusive print and online catalogues for our exhibitions are published by Mesago Messe Frankfurt GmbH.

We are pleased to help you in case of questions!
