We can carry out tests according to legal regulations (e.g. UNECE R10) as well as product standards (e.g. ISO 13766-1 & -2) and many manufacturer specifications (VW, BMW, Ford, JLR, PSA, Renault and many more). As a recognised technical service, we may also support you with the type approval of your component.

We test your electronic device from industry, household, medicine and railway in the accredited area. With our test report, we support you in the conformity assessment of your product with regard to the EMC Directive 2014/30/EU, the Radio Equipment Directive 2014/53/EU (RED) or the Medical Devices Regulation 2017/745.

In our large absorber hall, we have a turntable with a diameter of 8 metres and a permissible weight of 40 tonnes. Here we also bring very large industrial and railway products through the EMC test.

For vehicle charging stations, we have extensive equipment ready for you, covering all common AC and DC plug types, such as Type-1/-2 (USA/Europe), CHaDeMO (China). In addition, we have a neutral vehicle simulation to test charging columns with up to 225 kW in DC charging mode.

Individual EMC training courses

In individual training courses for your company, we address the particular challenges of your company and your products, answer individual questions and can exchange views on specific issues in confidence. In all training courses, we convey practical, theoretical know-how and can show you practical applications in our or your laboratories.

We can offer all individual training courses either in our training rooms or at your premises or - if you wish to include different locations - online.

We test your vehicle with combustion engine or electric drive train and support you on your way to road approval or certificate of conformity.

We accommodate almost all types of vehicles in our large absorption hall. From light vehicles such as e-scooters or pedelecs, to cars, trucks and buses, there is also room for your large and heavy agricultural or construction machinery, such as combine harvesters and excavators. It doesn't matter whether your vehicle moves on wheels or tracks.

Our fully equipped absorption hall has a large turntable and a roller test stand where we test your vehicle at low and high speeds while it is moving. Extensive equipment is available for charging your electric vehicle, covering all common AC and DC plug types, such as Type-1/-2 (USA/Europe), CHAdeMO (Japan) and GB/T (China), and is ready for use both in the absorption hall and on a separate charging test bench.
