Simply register as an exhibitor at the EMV
- Contact us by telephone or by e-mail via emv@mesago.com.
- Complete the registration form and send it to us. Feel free to note your preferences for a particular stand space on the form. Here you find a "How-to“ for finishing the online application.
- Once registration is successful, it will be confirmed by e-mail. The allocation of the stands will be confirmed subsequently.

Participation options
We support you in your participation at EMV to make it as comfortable as you want and tailored to your needs. From stand space only, to rental stands, to a joint stand for newcomers - we will find the right solution for you.
Individual stand space
Do you already have a stand concept or do you want to take care of the design, planning, assembly and dismantling yourself? Then you only pay the participation costs per square meter for the pure stand area (from 12 square meters). This gives you maximum flexibility in your participation.
Prices for the EMV 2027 will follow from May 2026.
Rental stand
Exhibitors without their own stand can make use of a rental stand. This can be booked in the Shop for Exhibitor Services after registering for the trade fair and allocating the stand space.
Booking form and details will be available from fall 2026.
Joint stand Newcomer Pavilion
Information about the Newcomer Pavilion will be available starting in May 2026.

Sales & Marketing Services (SMS Package)
By registering for the event, each exhibitor makes a binding commitment to book one of the Sales & Marketing Service (SMS) packages. EMV thus offers you comprehensive measures for your trade fair appearance to ensure the best possible visibility before, during and after the trade fair. The SMS packages replace the obligatory marketing fee and offer you additional services such as Lead & Track by Leadsuccess.

When can we register as exhibitors for EMV?
When can we register as exhibitors for EMV? Registration is possible from May 2026.
What is the deadline to register as exhibitor for EMV?
There is no closing date for registration. However, the EMV has a high re-booking rate. We therefore recommend early registration so that we can do our best to accommodate your preferences, whenever possible. Please note the deadlines of our stand rental prices.
When does hall planning and stand space allocation begin?
Hall layout planning starts mid July/August. As soon as we have checked the placement possibilities, we will contact you with a stand offer. Please note that hall layout planning involves coordination processes and waiting times may occur.
When will we receive the stand confirmation?
You will receive the stand confirmation after acceptance of the offer. The contractual relationship starts with the stand confirmation.
When will we receive the invoice for our stand space and when is it due?
The rent for the stand is due in two equal installments. The first installment (request for installment) shall be invoiced to the contracting partner and shall be due immediately. The second installment (final invoice) minus payments already made shall be charged at the earliest three months prior to the start of the event and shall likewise be due immediately.
