In our large absorber hall, we have a turntable with a diameter of 8 metres and a permissible weight of 40 tonnes. Here we also bring very large industrial and railway products through the EMC test.

For vehicle charging stations, we have extensive equipment ready for you, covering all common AC and DC plug types, such as Type-1/-2 (USA/Europe), CHaDeMO (China). In addition, we have a neutral vehicle simulation to test charging columns with up to 225 kW in DC charging mode.

In our Reverberation Chamber (RC), we test your product for its immunity to electromagnetic radiation. Unlike in our classic anechoic chambers, the inside of the Reverberation Chambers is not fitted with absorbers to prevent reflections. Reflection is expressly desired here.

The disturbance quantity is reflected and distributed in the test chamber by the so-called stirrer, which rotates around its own axis during the test. This creates a constantly changing electromagnetic field, which is considered a statistically homogeneous and isotropic electromagnetic test field during the course of a stirrer rotation.

From small sensors to complex products such as headlights or control units to powerful high-voltage components such as on-board chargers or air-conditioning compressors. There are hardly any vehicle components that we have not yet tested.

We cover a wide range of normative requirements. We can carry out tests according to legal regulations (e.g. UNECE R10) as well as product standards (e.g. ISO 13766-1 & -2) and many manufacturer specifications (VW, BMW, Ford, JLR, PSA, Renault and many more). As a recognised technical service, we may also support you with the type approval of your component.
