As the lines for power and data communication are combined in one cable, the cables needs to be split up. The cables are not supplied by Audivo. The lines then need to be connected to a terminal block inside the enclosure.The fibre optic converters for the high frequency data lines are located in a special shielded box within the protect-ive enclosure.The powerlines need to be fed via appropriate filters, whereas the data lines are converted to fibre optic signals.As Powerline, Control Pilot signal (PWM) and CAN bus are available, the converter can be used for AC and DC charg-ing.The versatile concept of the PONTIS EMC converter may be used with most international standards. More and more devices use Ethernet for communications especially in the automotive domain.
For this shielded converters for Ethernet and BroadR-Reach (automotive Ethernet) are needed.
If many Ethernet ports need to be connected, a shielded switch like the PONTIS EMC foEthernet4c can be useful. It offers four electrical and one optical port. The optical can be used to feed the Ethernet signal from the chamber to the control room w/o any interference.

PONTIS EMC PECOS allows to access all EMC shielded cameras on a site from multiple PCs.
Each HDCon6 camera controller running PECOS can drive up to four HD-SDI cameras plus multiple IP cameras. If several HDCon6 are used they can all be accessed via LAN from any PC in the network.

The IRThermo6 is designed to observe the temperature of areas and devices in harsh electromagnetic environments or where low emission is required (e.g. EMC test facilities). The camera is covering an area of up to 19 * 12m at a distance of 9.5 m (other lenses on request). It is specially suited to survey temperature critical rooms and devices, where overheating can lead to severe damage. There are different lenses available to cover various areas. An auto­focus function helps to get precise results under changing conditions.
The camera works like a regular IP camera with ONVIF support. Addionally a comfortable PC software allows to set the parameters like region of interest and temperature ­thresholds.
The IRThermo6 can be controlled by an HDCon6 or an HDcon6IP, which offer event detection (e.g. over heat) and a fail safe contact.
The camera is shielded up to 200 V/m. All signal lines are transferred via fibre optic cable.
