Description

The SDS7000A/AP Series digital storage oscilloscopes from SIGLENT are available with bandwidths of 3, 4, 6, and 8 GHz. They feature 12-bit ADCs with a sampling rate of up to 20 GSa/s and a maximum record length of 1 Gpts per channel. The instruments provide four analog channels and, optionally, 16 digital channels, enabling powerful mixed-signal analysis.

The optional spectrum analyzer mode adds real-time spectrum analysis capabilities, making the SDS7000A Series a versatile tool for advanced measurement applications.

Various models with different performance and frequency ranges (3 / 6 / 13.6 / 20 / 40 GHz) are available. All support AM & FM & PM modulation, pulse modulation, pulse sequence generator, power meter control and other functions.
